Donna, we pay per box that is sent to us and the boxes that you sent us were 100ct boxes. You received the FULL payout for those boxes as we promised we would pay for GREAT boxes like the one you sent us. The prices changed between your last shipment and your most recent one and we sincerely apologize for that but we have very little control over the prices that we can offer.

Albert, we are so sorry you feel that way! You received the FULL payout for your last shipment. We do see that the price that we pay changed between your shipments with us. Unfortunately, we have little control over the prices we pay. We do hope that we will be able to pay $32 for those strips again soon!

Nekeita, we would love to know more about why you feel that way! You received the full payout for every strip except for one that was damaged by the improper removal of a label/sticker. We do see that in a previous shipment you sent us a box that expired in 2020 and we cannot purchase expired strips for the health and safety of our customers.

We wish we had more control over the prices but we've been in this business for a long time and we've seen competitors come and go. Often those competitors try to lure people with higher payouts, and then they go out of business and don't pay what they owe. We are here to stay. We always pay as promised, and always will. I can't blame you if you want to roll the dice, and if you are displeased with their service, we're always going to be here ready to serve you honestly and reliably.

Hi Crystal, we are sorry you had a bad experience. Our first instruction is to not remove any labels because an improper removal can disqualify a submission. We also cannot purchase opened boxes of test strips for the health and safety of our customers.
