Did not like being told one of my Libre…
Did not like being told one of my Libre boxes was damaged, so was not paid. The box was good when I sent them both in in your box that was provided. Kinda would like my Libre box back

Hi Lori, thank you so much for leaving your review! We do hope you understand that the seals on all products are specifically designed to not break in transit. We should also add that our instructions state that customers need to pack their items carefully (we encourage the use of newspaper or other packing materials!) as we must inspect the boxes in the condition in which we receive them and cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur in transit. We do what we can by providing an Indestructo packing box at great expense to our business but we must rely on our customers to make sure their products are packed carefully and securely. In order to keep our payouts as high as possible, we do not return any products that are shipped to us. We have already paid a hefty price for shipping to allow our customers to sell to us at our expense. We receive hundreds of shipments per week and it would be impossible to isolate them as they arrive in the chance that a customer wants their product returned. It would also slow our payouts to all customers as well! Thank you so much for your understanding!
