Hi Connie, we are so sorry to hear that. We see that you regularly send us Accu-Chek Aviva Plus strips and unfortunately the pricing on those has dropped over the past few months. We do hope that they will go up again soon! You will always find our most up to date pricing on our website so there should never be a shock! Cynthia, thank you so much for your review. We are not insurance or big pharma and we are not in this to make obscene profits but we do have to set prices that allow us to be in business for a long time. We like that we can help mitigate the cost of diabetes for thousands of our customers while helping lower the cost for thousands of others. We take photos of every inspection and would always be more than happy to provide them to you with an explanation for why certain damage was unacceptable and others acceptable. One of the reasons we cannot offer higher prices to start is because the strips we receive are not "brand new" but we do like them to be as close to MINT condition as possible so that we can give the highest possible payout!

Winston, thank you so much for your review! We see that you received the FULL payout for your recent shipment so we are unsure why you were displeased with our service. Our prices do change and unfortunately the price we offer for Accu-Chek Guide 100 Retail is now $12 per box (as it was when we received your last shipment). You will always find out most up to date pricing on our website.
