TLDR: Our complete purchase list can be found here: https://cashfordiabetics.com/sell-glucose-test-strips/. As stated, customer sent Freestyle Optium which is not listed. Customer was told to confirm prior to requesting a free mail kit. Same list was included with the free mail kit. We do purchase other kinds of Freestyle products but NOT Freestyle Optium. We have attempted to contact customer to explain privately. Glenda Thank you so much for leaving your review. We will also reach out directly. We are not sure what price sheet you are looking at but it is not ours. We do not purchase Freestyle Optium test strips. We only purchase Freestyle, Freestyle Lite and Freestyle Insulinx. You will not find Freestyle Optium anywhere on the approved purchase list on our website or in the information included with your free mail kit. We see that you chatted with us using our LiveChat function on our website before requesting your free mail kit. You asked “How does this work?” We responded: “Thank you for contacting us! If you have extra diabetic supplies you can sell them here; first, make sure your products are eligible, prices depend on the brand, expiration date, and quality of the boxes.” We then sent you a link to the complete list: https://cashfordiabetics.com/sell-glucose-test-strips/ We then include the same list printed out in every free mail kit. Freestyle Optium is not listed so it is not an eligible product to send for us to purchase. We do not have a record of you ever contacting us again despite our efforts to text you the day your free mail kit arrived and multiple emails updating you on the status of your free mail kit that include reminders to review all information. Had you reached out to us to confirm that was a product we purchase we would have happily told you to not send them to us. We truly wish you had more closely reviewed the information we provided on numerous occasions and this entire situation would have been avoided.

DA, Thank you so much for leaving your review. We see that we received a shipment from you on September 15th and that we mailed you a check that same day! When your check was mailed you received an email that stated that the USPS estimated that your check would be delivered on September 25th. You left your review of us on September 21st, just four business days after your check was mailed. We think you may have included the time it takes for you to pack and ship products to us which we obviously cannot control! All we can do is promise to mail your check within one business day of receiving your shipment. We see that we mailed your check the same day we received it!

TLDR: Customer was pleased enough with their first experience to come back again. Was paid in full 5 business days for first shipment, left this review 6 business days after we mailed the payment for their second shipment. Jeff, Thank you you so much for leaving a review. We are disappointed to see you left us a 1-star review when your first experience was good enough for you to come back to us again. As we have explained to you, all that we can do is promise to mail your check within one business day of receiving your shipment. We are up front that checks typically take 3-8 business days to arrive. We provide each customer with an estimate provided by the USPS but that is simply and estimate and not a guarantee of a delivery date. We received your shipment on September 5th and we mailed your check for $20 that same day. We always state that checks are typically delivered within 3-8 BUSINESS DAYS but can take as much as 10 business days to be delivered. You left us this review only 6 business days after we mailed your check. You seem to be confusing BUSINESS DAYS with simple days of the week. Please remember that mail does not move through the USPS on Sunday and much slower on the weekends. We cannot control that. We received your first shipment on July 25th and our bank records show that you CASHED the check that we mailed you on August 1st. 5 BUSINESS DAYS after we mailed you the check. We are truly sorry that this time is taking longer but we do not control the speed at which the USPS moves mail. While we understand that we are also located in Florida, we do not mail our checks from that location. We receive hundreds of shipments per week and to speed up processing and mailing of checks we partner with a 3rd party that is centrally located within the US to print and mail all of our checks. This helps all of our customers get paid faster and equally. We have repeatedly let you know that we are always happy to issue a replacement check if it will make you feel more comfortable but if we do so then we immediately put a stop payment on the check that is making its way to you. Your frustration also seems to be from the fact that we do not mail our checks using a faster method but to do so would add considerable cost which would force us to lower our payouts. We also take cyber security very seriously and would never want to do anything that could put your bank account or ours at risk. We have considered electronic methods like Paypal but they announced that they would self report annual payments exceeding $600 to the IRS and that would impact too many of our customers. Please note that we are always up front about how we pay and how long it takes. Clearly, you were pleased enough the first time that you came back to us again!

Leanne, We are more than happy to respond to your review in the hopes that potential customers will see that we treated you with honesty, grace and transparency despite your repeated threats against our business. We encourage them to reach out to us directly if they require a further explanation beyond what we have room to provide below. TLDR: Customer expected $60, was paid $45 including $30 of leeway given for sending severely damaged product due to not following our Number #1 instruction. We are saddened that you see those that our efforts to respond like we are here to your lies and threats as harassment. We received a Contact Us request from you on 8.22 @ 5pm regarding your payout. You felt that $45 was "much too low." We emailed you @ 9pm that same day with an email fully explaining your payout of $45 was the result of severe damage caused to your boxes by your attempt to remove stickers against our clear instructions to not do so. Normally these boxes would be disqualified but we granted you $30 of leeway as a first time customer. We sincerely apologized for not calling you as you requested. Hours after receiving our email explaining your payout you commented on Facebook and directly to a few individuals that we had "scammed" you. Later you emailed us to say that you were "utterly disgusted" because you "saw nothing on bad labels" in our policy and that we took advantage of you. We do not hide our policy around labels/stickers.Our Number #1 instruction states, "Inspect the items you are selling. Make sure they are factory sealed and unexpired. If there are any stickers or labels on the box please leave them on and we will remove them. If you attempt to remove the labels, damage caused to the box by improper removal of a sticker may disqualify the submission." We pointed out that this instruction is found in the physical info pages included with every mail kit, in a red warning box above the price table on our website and on our How it Works page. Prior to requesting a free mail kit, everyone must check a box stating they reviewed these instructions. If you followed directions then the max payout you could have received given the type of boxes you sent and their expiration would have been $60. Please understand that we do not hide this policy/instruction because the damage you caused compromised the integrity of the box and/or removed FDA mandated information which puts the health and safety of the people we seek to help at risk. You responded to our email explaining the leeway we gave and all of the different places where we state that policy that we should realize that "people receive information in different manner's communication should be provided in a variety of methods." You would go on to again threaten us. We responded to that statement and threat by reminding you our earlier email explained just a few of the places where we state that rule. We noted that you also requested a QR code in addition to one of our free mail kits and because we cannot include physical copies of the important instructions with a QR code we state them directly next to the form. We also pointed out that we have a video explaining how payouts are calculated and our FAQs also address labels. We also reminded you that we have customer service agents standing by Monday-Friday 9am - 9pm CST on LiveChat, email and phones ready to answer any question. We do not have any record of you reaching out on any platform with any questions until after you received your payout. We also noted that we texted you the same day that your free mail kit was delivered to remind you to review all included instructions prior to sending back supplies and that we were available to answer any questions. You never responded to that text. We are truly sorry for your bad experience but had you taken even a moment of time to review any additional information provided or reached out in advance with questions then this entire issue could have been avoided.

Teresa, we believe you may have that experience confused with another company. You used to send us shipments regularly but you stopped in January 2023. We last mailed you a check for $40. We do see that you requested a replacement check when that initial check did not arrive in a timely manner. We see that we immediately honored that request and sent you a replacement check, Our bank records show that you cashed that check on February 17th. Please email us directly and we would be happy to provide you with an image of that check as provided by the financial institution where it was cashed. We do see that we received a shipment from you today that will be inspected today and a check mailed to you no later than tomorrow! Would you please considering changing you rating for us? Considering you were paid for your most recent shipment and have since sent us another shipment that arrived today we can't have been that bad!

We are very upfront and transparent about our prices and how payouts are calculated. We do not control the prices that we can offer because they are controlled by Big Pharma. We can only promise to give you the highest possible payout while making sure we can stay in business to continue to help diabetics for years to come. We are sorry that you feel you had a bad experience even though we went above and beyond to give you the full payout for a damaged box that you admit you knew was not in perfect condition. You then expected us to do it again even though we state very clearly that it was a one time leeway and that we normally can only accept MINT condition boxes (as stated in bold lettering on our website and in the information provided with every mail kit).
