We do hope you understand that we post the complete list of what we purchase right on our website. Prior to requesting a free mail kit from us you had to check a box confirming that you had reviewed that list. We then include that same list in printed format with every free mail kit that we receive. We make it very clear that we only purchase the items that we specifically list and if they are not listed or do not meet our expiration/quality criteria then we will not purchase it.

We have recently raised the payouts on a lot of products but not all. We should also add that with the rise in CGM technology, test strips are becoming an outdated technology and their payouts will reflect that. We are sorry that your payout was lower than expected or lower than what you received before but we do hope you understand that we do not control that
