The full payout for the strips that you sent to us. It seems that your review stems from one shipment in June when you received less than you expected (but more than you had received for years) despite the price for those strips being clearly defined both on our website and in the information included with your kit. We are happy to see that you are once again sending us strips so we do hope that you will reconsider your review!

Michael, we are completely transparent with our pricing. Our current pricing can ALWAYS be found on our website. We also include a price sheet with every shipment that shows our pricing at the time it was shipped; however, it also states that the prices are subject to change. You have since let us know that you are seeking out other companies that pay a higher price. We don't price match other companies nor try and compete on the highest price, and for good reason. We've been in this business for a long time and we've seen competitors come and go. Often those competitors try to lure people with higher payouts, and then they go out of business and don't pay what they owe. We are here to stay. We always pay as promised, and always will. I can't blame you if you want to roll the dice, and if you are displeased with their service, we're always going to be here ready to serve you honestly and reliably.

Brenda, we are so sad to see that after years of doing business together and after over $2,500 in payouts that you gave us 2-stars because our pricing came off of its peak. We have very little control over the prices we can offer. Although there are many reasons the prices can fluctuate, the simple answer is that test strip prices are based on supply and demand. Sometimes a manufacturer will flood the market with their brand of test strips, causing an over-supply in the market which results in a price drop. Conversely, when a certain brand is scarce, the test strip price will increase. We offer prices that offer you the highest payout while insuring that we will stay in business for as long as possible.
However, the pricing that we are offering is still MUCH higher than you received for years from us. We do hope that you will reconsider your review and think about the entirety of your experience with us and not something outside of our control. Thank you!

Been sending in strips for a while now always a good price and quick turn around
Suddenly the price dropped significantly and turnaround was slower then they claimed I sent in a damaged box and gave me half what it was worth
funny the box went from pharmacy to box in car then to post office no way I damaged a box but oh well plenty of other companies that buy strips

Had you reached out to us, we would have provided you with photos from your inspection report that showed that one of your boxes came to us pretty significantly damaged. We are sorry that your pharmacy gave you a box in such poor condition and we think it is worth taking it up with them as what they did is unethical and unsafe.

We are going to reach out directly because not only were you paid exactly as promised you were actually double paid out for one shipment because you requested a replacement check (which we immediately honored) and then you cashed the original check and the replacement check. We would also like to remind you that we believe in transparency and honest pricing which is why our current pricing is always listed on our website. The price sheets that you receive with your kit are the pricing at the time the kit was sent and are subject to change (as it states right at the bottom of the printed sheet you are looking at!).
