I sent in 5 boxes that didn't expire until the end of next yr and I didn't get paid for all of them. Very disappointed!

Wanda, we are sorry to see that you were disappointed with our service. We see in your inspection reports that you have always received the full payout except for one box that expired within 3-9 months. Your last shipment of four boxes received the full payout. We do appreciate your business.

Every time I sent strips, the amount I got was at least 50% less. Not sure it's worth it.

Hi Edith, we are so sorry for you poor experience with our service. We see that the boxes in your recent shipment were paid out 50% less because the boxes you sent us expired within 3-9 months. According to our expiration policy listed right on our website, we payout 50% less for boxes that are 3-9 months from expiration. Given you received the full payout for your prior two shipments (those strips were all 10+ months from expiration), we can understand why you were frustrated. Very disappointed in cash for diabetics I've been with them for a while over a year and the beginning of this great communication was great after while I was getting short oh my strips they weren't paying me anything that wasn't returning anyting very poor very poor service sorry I don't even mess with them no more. Nothing you can do for me now,I've moved on . Thanks!

We sorry to hear that but completely understand. We wish we had more control over the prices but we've been in this business for a long time and we've seen competitors come and go. Often those competitors try to lure people with higher payouts, and then they go out of business and don't pay what they owe. We are here to stay. We always pay as promised, and always will.

I sent good strips, I checked the expiration date, but was given a smaller amount of money than quoted. I will never do business with you again.
