I sent 3 box's which you said got damaged in mail then I sent ,2. 100 ct an an got $15. These things are in a tube you can't destroy so I will use same one else from now on

Never pays what the amount should be always pays less just because you add lame excuses. Like the box was bented ect. So disappointed

Araseli, we are sorry that you had a bad experience. You have always give you great payouts! As our website states, we are looking for boxes in MINT condition and a number of the boxes you have sent us in the past have had severe damage from the improper removal of label or were already expired. Please do not attempt to remove any labels so we can give you the full payout!

Will never use you again. You don't pay what you say that you will. And it is very annoying that you just keep sending boxes for me to send you more stuff. So I have been sending your boxes back to you empty. Thank you for ripping me off. I sent you stuff twice that you didn't pay as promised.

Shirley, we are so sorry you feel that way. You have always been paid exactly as our guidelines say that you will. Boxes that are 3-9 months from expiration receive a 50% payout reduction as stipulated right on our website. Nonetheless, we have removed you from future communication and wish you the best of luck and thank you for the business you did with us.

Disrespected be changing the price I was using PayPal to get my payment y'all stop that mail takes too long I'm losing customers like crazy because y'all don't want to do the right thing I'll just let these boxes accumulate but I ain't buying no more from people until you get your thing together

Anthony, we have never used Paypal to pay our customers so is it possible you have us confused with one of our competitors? We do plan to introduce a digital payment option in the coming month! We wish we had more control over the prices and they do change but we've been in this business for a long time and we've seen competitors come and go. Often those competitors try to lure people with higher payouts, and then they go out of business and don't pay what they owe. We are here to stay.

update to your reply. I NEVER CLAIMED YOU TO BE IN THE CHARITY BUSINESS SO DONT PUT WORDS IN MY MOTH They keep changing the payout from 30 to 20$ yet the sell them for way more. They are making tons of money off us and throwing us pennies. Pretty sure they are not charity and freely giving them away. Needs to practice transparency and ethics. I'm currently looking for someone new to date as far as this

We have never claimed to be a charity. We are also in this to make money and plan to be in this business for a long time we can continue to reward our loyal customers. We wish we had more control over the prices but we've been in this business for a long time and we've seen competitors come and go. They will mark your boxes defect when there was absolutely nothing wrong with them at all just so they don't have to pay top price for them. Got scammed will not happen again. If you don't want to make money off of your unused diabetic test strips then this is the place for you.

We are so sorry you feel that way. We simply cannot pay full price for boxes that have improperly removed label/stickers because doing so causes permanent damage to the box.
