Thank you so much for the review! We understand that standards around condition of the box are naturally a bit subjective. Unfortunately, by definition our expiration date policy is a completely objective decision. Boxes are either 3-9 months from expiration or 10+ months from expiration when they arrive. If they are less than 3 months away then we have to consider them expired for the health and safety of our customers.

We wish we had more control over the prices! We do expect that the prices on those strips will go up again in the future!

We wish we had more control over the prices but we've been in this business for a long time and we've seen competitors come and go. Often those competitors try to lure people with higher payouts, and then they go out of business and don't pay what they owe. We are here to stay. We always pay as promised, and always will. I can't blame you if you want to roll the dice, and if you are displeased with their service, we're always going to be here ready to serve you honestly and reliably.
