Honestly I don’t know why I was not…
Honestly I don’t know why I was not compensated for two of my boxes of strips. Y’all kept them and I got nothing for those ones. Not fair at all period.

Thank you so much for the review! We will reach out directly but you were not compensated for two of the boxes in your last shipment because they had already expired. For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot purchase test strips that are expired.

The process is slower now
The process is slower now. I guess it’s related to the slow down of the USPS?

Lisa! The USPS annoyingly announced a slowdown of ALL mail. We hate it as much as you do. Stay tuned because we are eliminating the USPS from the most part of our process...how we pay you!
