Well the last check I recieved was unable to cash something to do with not being able to read it so yes I'm just a little upset about it

Terrible experience. I was sent emails showing the prices for the strips. So I sent them in and got the old price. Customer Service is a joke.

Todd, You sent us 12 boxes of One Touch Ultra 50 RETAIL on September 8th. As explained to you in our email exchange on September 30th, the same day we raised the prices, we do not apply that price increase retroactively to previous shipments and to expect that would be unfair to all of the other customers that sent us strips prior to the price increase. It is no different than buying something today and then upon seeing a sale on that same item 3 weeks later and expecting that store to honor the price.

Why do I get pay less just because without a logical reason, I feel rip off and taking advantage, if you are not going to pay what you promised send me back my stuff. You don't have the right to keep it and no pay for. Too many times has happened.

Jose, thank you so much for the review! We see that you were a long time and consistent customer of ours. We will reach out directly but each time you received your check you also received a letter explaining the pay out. Each time, it showed that a discount was applied to your boxes for severe damage, mostly due to an improperly removed label. We send that letter so that our customers will know exactly the reason for the payout and so that in the future they will know what types of boxes to send in to receive the full payout. We pay a very hefty price for shipping so we do our best to explain up front on our website and after in the letter sent with your check exactly what type of damage is acceptable so that there should be no surprises.

Normally, I am VERY happy with your services but, the last time I sent you 2 boxes of the Accu Check Aviva plus, in excellent condition, you only paid me for 1, with no explanation as to why. I asked you to please take care of the situation nicely. I was ignored. Once again, please attend to this situation so that we can continue to do business together again. Thank you.

They say the will pay one thing then once they have your stuff they change the amount. They won’t change the correct payment and will not return your stuff.

I actually liked using this company because it was nice for the extra cash, however, the last few times they would send less than what I expected, saying they were expired or close to being expired. I don't know how that was possible because I would literally pick them up from pharmacy and send it off. They would send the check so much less than I expected. I felt taken advantage of.
