Two 15-ft. patio umbrellas arrived quickly and completely lived up to our expectations. They look fantastic in our pool area. We've had a lot of guests and a few of them have contacted us afterward to ask, "Where did you get those umbrellas?" Highly recommend!

We purchased a thermostatic wall mount rain shower faucet and it was exactly what we wanted for our bathroom renovation. looks nice with lots of flexibility of options for both adults and kids. We had one small issue with the thermostatic valve but the manufacturer was very quick to resolve the issue. we recommend this product.

Ordered a patio set advertised with brown cushions, 2 days after shipping I was called and told it would be black and red (fuschia) pillows, half the pieces were missing instructions missing parts missing. I got an offer for 50$ to keep it then 100$, my husband went and bought some hardware I told them 200$ they wanted to put it on a lowes gift card and refused to credit my account. We contacted Lowes about the issues with CASAINC, they are picking up the boxes tomorrow and crediting .e the $678 we paid for junk. Pillows 2 inches thick rather than 4. Please don't order anything from them. You call and talk to the same person everything but refused to let us speak with management or business office. HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES!!!!!

We had a problem with our shower systems hardware disappearing from a construction site. While it took a great deal of time to get the replacement items back in stock... Casa inc. did everything in their power to fix our dilemma. We appreciate the help in easing the pain of replacing our missing finish hardware.

I have been in the market for a good quality shower system. When I cam across Casainc’s with Bluetooth and LED Lighting, I was hooked. The sound quality is surprisingly great for a rain shower speaker. The manifold/control system is built like a tank. Love the digital display to set the temp of the water. The timer on this model is a bonus, as I have two girls. Customer service has been especially great to work with. Planning on remodeling the next bathroom soon. Casainc will be in that bathroom as well.
