CarvedReviews of carved.com

My experience with carved.com has been excellent; it is obvious that the people at carved are passionate about their work and their physical products are a reflection of that passion! The company website is well done, easy to navigate and visually “tight” which makes the experience truly enjoyable.

Great company. I love the products and the customer service is super helpful and responsive

First of all I would like to say the case looks nice but, it doesn’t PROTECT YOUR IPHONE from a drop. This morning my iPhone 13 Pro Max dropped out of my pocket and the front glass broke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PHONE CASE IT DOESNT PROTECT YOUR PHONE FROM BREAKING. NOW THIS PHONE CASE WILL COST ME ANYWHERE BETWEEN $329-$400 to repair my phone front glass. Looks pretty only!

Beautiful product and fantastic customer service. The case was exactly as described on their website, and it was everything I had hoped for. After a few months, I had a defect appear (just a risk of the product being made from actual wood) and seeing as it was within warranty, they had no problem replacing it with another one of a kind product. Amazing. Also, the induction charger works really well too. I'll be back again when I need a new phone for sure.

I found Carved accidentally when I was searching for an unique case for my new iPhone 13 Pro. I loved the 1 of One artistic resin and wood cases and chargers Carved makes. I researched them on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram before choosing my first traveler case. I did choose the option to upgrade the case to MagSafe an additional 3.99 and ordered the tempered glass shield. When it came I was blown away. It is so beautiful and well made. The case is sturdy and buttons are clicky. I also order a matching MagSafe charger. Well then I wanted a Live Edge case. I stalked the site for days waiting for drops and to find the perfect one. They sell at fast!!!! I found one and grabbed it along with another charger! Okay the traveler case is spectacular but the Live Edge is just WOW!!! I was speechless!!! It is so gorgeous and well made. Sturdy with clicky buttons and etching on the sides to help with grip. This case is more slippery than the traveler case that has a rubber casing since it is all wood, but not so delicate that you need to be afraid to use it. The Live Edge is expensive but trust me it is worth every penny. If you find one that calls to you, don’t sleep in it because it will go fast. Only good thing is more will be dropped the next day! I would love another one of these. I finally ordered another traveler case that hasn’t arrived yet that fits my fancy with coloring and placement better than the first one I ordered. Don’t get me wrong I will still use my first case but Carved puts out new designs and variations of colors daily which makes it difficult to choose. I love that they stand by their products and customer service is super responsive. I highly recommend Carved. The only con I would say is having too many choices and not being able to choice just one!

I have a wood case of several years that has held up beautifully. I recently ordered a colorful, new case. Came right away with a sweet & creative note, cloth cover & personalized touch. Very happy with quality & service.

We have 2 Carved cases. Both look amazing, one started having a peeling-off issue on one corner after 10 months. They gave us full credit to purchase a replacement. I have no problem charging my phone with this case on the charger.

I have ordered multiple cases and bracelets from them now and all have been beautiful exactly what they looked like in the photos. I have had one case recently where the glue on the bottom of the case started to come off so I messaged them and within 1 business day they had sent me a code to get a new case totally free of charge (including shipping.) I have dropped my phone in a few of their cases and they have all protected it to a level that is to be expected by a rubber case
