I absolutely love my new phone case by Carved. As a company, they had fantastic communication and I received my case before the estimated date. I also appreciated receiving an email explaining the philanthropy behind their packaging. Absolutely top notch experience from start to finish.

The company is real, the craftspeople could be, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. Requests to exchange my purchases (iPhone 15 pro case and MagSafe charger) went unanswered, I was left feeling a bit slighted. The case looks okay from far away, but one of the buttons was just a hole. Had I known not all buttons were covered (the marketing images showed all buttons covered…), I would not have purchased. The MagSafe charger works upside down (?) and at 5v power (pretty weak). And that’s when it registers the connection through my current Apple-branded MagSafe case. All in all, had customer service supported me on this I might have rated higher, but that still doesn’t account for the dreadful quality of everything. I don’t like to speak poorly of a company, but I’ll be happy the day Carved.com shutters.

This will be my 5th or 6th Carved case, I’m unsure at this point! Upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro and knew I would need a new Carved case. Love the built in magnet it pairs perfectly with my new car holder and I can still wirelessly charge. The cosmos design is absolutely stunning. It loos like the night sky above a mountain. Definitely my favorite so far of all the Carved cases I’ve purchased. My son will be upgraded his iPhone soon and I’ll be getting him another Carved case. Why be like everyone else when you can be one of a kind?

We love our new phone cases from CARVED! The craftsmanship is outstanding. Our phones feel sturdier and more protected. We love the resin design colors and the wood isn’t too heavy. One of our favorite things is that our cases are one of a kind!
