Love the software and how easy it is to use. Turn boring pictures or projects into works of art! Excellent customer service too! Especially "Peter" who was very responsive via email and took care of my issue quickly!

I appreciated Colorcinch's prompt response and resolution regarding an issue I had!! Peter was prompt, polite and I really liked the human response via email!! As for the product itself, it's really easy to use and I've created so many lovely photos for friends and family members with amazing results.

Be carefull with colorcinch, they charged my card without my authorization. After i asked them they refund less than what i have been charged.

Hi Erhan, I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with our product but I must clarify that upon your subscription, you have acknowledged and agreed to our terms of service (https://www.cartoonize.net/terms/), and as part of those terms, it is stated that you grant us the authorization to charge you for renewals. As for the refund, due to the fact that we offer a free version/preview of Colorcinch to all users, we have a strict no-refund policy in place once you choose to upgrade. We do our best to communicate these terms all throughout our website as well as our pricing page (https://www.cartoonize.net/pricing/). However, since it is an annual subscription, we issued you a full refund minus the first month of your subscription immediately after your request. All in all, we're disappointed in your rating and do hope that we'll see you back again soon.
