Be carefull with colorcinch, they charged my card without my authorization. After i asked them they refund less than what i have been charged.

I have been using Colorcinch for more than 6 months now and it is very important for my business. Now I am not able to login to my account for more than 2 days. I have submitted multiple help requests and haven't received an answer. Basically, I am paying for services that I am not able to use or cancel. I will edit this review as soon as the Colorcinch resolves this issue, because it is important to me.

it's a Scan and fraudulent company, offer sub par service at a ridiculous price, its also very hard to get ride off the £10 a month charge, that doesn't show up as this company on your bank statements. had to spend an hour on the phone to my bank to find out who these thief's are.

They once marketed FX Cartoonizer as a one-purchase product but when they decided to go with a subscription service, they made sure FX cartoonizer *redacted due to complaint from Colorcinch*, and then also made doubly sure that *redacted due to complaint from Colorcinch*. Took the money, *redacted due to complaint from Colorcinch*, tried to coax those customers into a newer subscription product. Ergo, *redacted due to complaint from Colorcinch*.

Literally stole my money. Bought three programs, free standing in Sept of 2020. Less than a couple of months later the site to download the software, gone, so, 90 bucks out of pocket, no way to download software I have every legal license to and since these MF's do not offer you a cd for install - its theft . . .run, I mean literally run from this company. Two emails asking for assistance . . . ignored, run . . . run away fast . . . .

I wanted to use this site to cartoonize about 40 of my pictures for a project I was doing as a Christmas gift for my husband, but it just takes FAR too long to edit even one photo on there. Trying to apply a filter would take at least an hour, even on my brand new desktop computer. So I decided to use a different app, but since I was using the free trial version of this to give the upgraded version a go and forgot to cancel, they charged me and will not give a refund. I would highly recommend using a different photo editting app all together.

This product is a scam. It will not Cartoonize any video no natter whar the length. They do not answer their which prevent them from giving refunds.

The photo editing app itself barely loads. While my internet speed is fine, the window freezes to load and edit even the smallest file. Now, a few weeks later, I cannot log into my account at all, and it won't send any password-recovering emails either.
