Timely snd clear communication as to what was needs and how the process was progressing! Timely outcome! Amy was outstanding

I moved from PA to DE and learned that in order to register my car in DE I would need the title, which I hadn't seen in 13 years. I went through CarTitles.com thinking it would be faster than going through PennDot. CarTitles got the documents that i sent them, and in turn sent these to PennDot, Then a lot of time went by. I called CarTitles several times and was reassured that it was underway. Eventually I called PennDot and learned that they needed to see my DE driver's license, which I did not yet have. If CarTitles knew about this requirement, they didn't mention it to me. So when I did get my driver's license, I sent it and the other documents to PennDot, Eventually I got the title. from PennDOT. So I'm not sure what I got for my $189 for CarTitles.

My experience with CarTitles was awesome. They were courteous and prompt. They were quick to answer any of my questions and I was in constant contact via text. I would recommend this company when needing to get a car title. They treated me like I was the most important customer they had and I will refer everyone to use them when needing a title!

Unfortunately, I did not look at the BBB reviews. What people are saying there is true. I paid $369 to get a title and cancelled the service before they had done anything at all because i resolved the problem myself a few days later. They had emailed me a questionaire to fillout and asked for a copy of my license which i never even provided. They refused to return my money. This is scam.

They are the REAL DEAL! Get them! I had been dealing with this lien problem for a whole year, it took me a lot of time back and forth with the dmv, the bank and previous owner! Finally I decided to bite the bullet and hire them. And they got me the lien release in about 12 days! WORTH IT!! Wish I did that a year ago! And is not even expensive either for all the time saving!! Also Amy was my dedicated rep, she was so nice and attentive!

Wasn’t even sure if this was legit or necessary but I couldn’t get straight answers from either state on how to transfer my lost title from my old state to the new one. Turns out car titles is legit and for me, absolutely necessary as I would have made several costly mistakes on the paperwork. Amy was very knowledgeable and prompt. She saved me a ton of time and frustration and the cost was worth having the peace of mind knowing that everything was handled properly. My title just came in the mailbox yesterday. Super easy. Would def use them again or recommend to anyone who doesn’t want the headache of dealing with the DMV
