So....easy. CarSoup.com lead me to my own backyard. Looking for a used SUV ( after driving a 4 wheel drive truck for years). and I was lad to the dealership in my neighborhood. The entire process was a great. positive experience.

Easy to use to find a pool of cars. Could be easier to select specific models (fewer clicks). Would use again.

Found many options. Would like to type in message of when and how to contact rather than listing both phone and email.

First time user and was a bit disappointed as I was expecting more - better content. Seems that the site is over hyped to look better than the competition and once you logon it is just a "me too" site.

Thank you for the feedback on your experience. When you say you were expecting better content, was there something specific that you were looking for that we didn't have? Or did something not work as well as you were expecting it to? Any additional details you wish to provide would be much appreciated so we can either help you find the tools you were looking for if they already exist or so your feedback can be taken into consideration for future site improvements.
