We take an incredible amount of care in reviewing submission information, including videos, service documentation, and other data, to accurately represent the vehicle's condition. With that said, we are unable to physically inspect every vehicle that is available for auction, and bidders are required to perform all due diligence before placing a bid. Bidders are able to contact the seller directly to arrange viewing the car in person, getting a third-party pre-purchase inspection, or other methods of assessing the vehicle's condition before bidding. In the rare event of a misrepresented vehicle, our post-auction support team is unmatched. We work with the buyer and seller to find an amicable solution, and in certain cases have removed sellers from the platform.
