First time seller on the auction website. The entire experience - from submission to post auction - was a fantastic experience. The team at C&B were also amazing - answering chats and emails with great clarity and always in a timely manner. I will not only use C&B in the future, but would highly recommend to others that are considering selling /buying vehicles on this platform.

Cars and Bids is a horrible company. We agreed on a reserve. I worked for two weeks cleaning my car, taking pictures and videos for them to change it at the last minute. Thanks for wasting my time cars and bids! You've done this twice. Not a fan!

Hi, We've requested more information through Trustpilot so we can investigate your specific auction. Our valuation team works with sellers to set reasonable reserves with the information we're provided. In incredibly rare cases, after receiving more information, we have to adjust the reserve or even the ability to host the car on Cars & Bids. These cases usually involve condition issues we're not aware of initially, though there may be other causes for us to remove an auction. This is in service of our entire community, continuing to host transparently listed, interesting cars that are likely to sell. Please respond through Trustpilot with the email address used on your Cars & Bids account so we can better investigate your experience.

Using Cars & Bids was the easiest and most rewarding method of selling a car I ever had. I got top dollar and the process and experience couldn't be easier. SafePay service for closing the deal was even easier, and I never worried about scams or problems. Cars and Bids gets my highest recommendation, and selling my next car will be on Cars and Bids!

The fact that you get a specific CSR to guide you through the selling process is key. As well, everyone at C&B is welcoming, professional, friendly and is interested in ensuring you have a good experience. Additionally, C&B is borne out of the Doug Demuro's YouTube friendly community, and it shows in the auction There's a lot of positivity in the comments. On my auction, a bidder, wished everyone well.

Customer service was excellent, when there was a question after sale it was addressed promptly or no more 24 hours was resolved. The process is user friendly even for a novice. The program guides you through the process for end to auction to delivery,.

I recently sold my 1997 Mazda Miata on Cars & Bids and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The listing process was easy and straightforward, with helpful guidance from the Cars & Bids team every step of the way. They answered all my questions quickly and made sure my listing looked great. What impressed me the most was how much exposure my car got. The auction attracted real enthusiasts who truly appreciated the unique qualities of my Miata. Thanks to the competitive bidding environment, I was able to maximize the value and get more than I expected! Payment was hassle-free, and I had full confidence in the process. If you’re thinking about selling your car, I can’t recommend Cars & Bids enough. Trustworthy, transparent, and genuinely focused on getting you the best result. Five stars!
