Proof wallet is the best wallet i’ve ever owned it’s very durable, made great and i prob will never need another wallet and BTW IT BLOWS RIDGE WALLET AWAY AND IVE HAD BOTH!! NO COMPARISON , AND MADE BY VETS!!

Very disappointed in the quality of the proof wallet. Shortly after I purchased the strap in the product twisted making the product unusable safely. The customer service area told me they do not just replace a faulty product as the commercial suggests. Unable to use product. Waste of money and very little concern. Mark

Rather disappointed with the product. The website makes it seem that it is made with leather and metal however the plate is plastic. I feel like if I were to drop this wallet out n about that the plastic plate would crack or break pieces off. I do not feel it is worth the price. ridge wallet is made with metal in front and the back and costs less that this wallet. I would NOT buy it again. Order number 207792

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. I purchased a wallet but noticed my discount code was not applied at checkout. I had to contact customer support eight times before anyone even bothered to respond, only to be told they would not refund the coupon difference.Because of the poor service, I returned the wallet using a prepaid shipping label provided directly by the company. Now, they are refusing to issue my refund. They claim they won't pay because of a chargeback on the original purchase for the coupon amount.They have my returned product, and they have my money. It took a total of 12 contact attempts just to deal with this nightmare, and I am still empty-handed. Avoid this company at all costs.
