Incredibly over priced and over hyped. I really wanted to love this wallet. It looks really cool and is a decent start to a good concept. It is also very compact. But...It is a glorified money clip that destroys your cards and may lose your cash. It is much more cumbersome than my old wallet, that I have gone back to using. I think it is a good concept, but needs some refinement. I'm not sure how you keep cards from extreme wear and tear from being tightly sandwiched together and sliding against each other all day. (I'm only carrying 3 cards and two id cards). The cash strap needs something to secure cash on one end. This wallet would be ok at about $40. At ~ $125 out the door after a promotional discount, this was definitely a bad purchase on my part. The best wallet I've ever had, and am still using for over 14 years, still retails for about $20, is leather, metal, has a strong metal, leather wrapped strong magnetic clip, and carries an RFID card. It is also thinner than the Proof wallet. $145 retail is absolutely not worth it for the Proof.

I bought into the marketing, and after looking more closely at the product and the way it is presented, I came away pretty disappointed. My issue is not with anyone’s military service. My issue is with the way that service is used in the advertising to create the impression that this company somehow pioneered or invented this style of wallet. That is not how the product struck me at all. The basic design is extremely similar to the Ridge-style minimalist wallet that has been on the market for years. The wording is clever. They talk about who “built” the wallet and lean heavily on the founder’s military background, but that is very different from actually inventing the concept. To me, the marketing blurs that distinction in a way I find misleading. As a product, I also found it less refined than the original Ridge-style design. My concern is not that veterans are involved in the company. It is that military credentials should not be used as a substitute for originality or as a shield against fair criticism of the product itself. If you are considering one, compare it directly with a Ridge first and decide for yourself whether the differences justify the branding and price.

Very disappointed in the quality of the proof wallet. Shortly after I purchased the strap in the product twisted making the product unusable safely. The customer service area told me they do not just replace a faulty product as the commercial suggests. Unable to use product. Waste of money and very little concern. Mark

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. I purchased a wallet but noticed my discount code was not applied at checkout. I had to contact customer support eight times before anyone even bothered to respond, only to be told they would not refund the coupon difference.Because of the poor service, I returned the wallet using a prepaid shipping label provided directly by the company. Now, they are refusing to issue my refund. They claim they won't pay because of a chargeback on the original purchase for the coupon amount.They have my returned product, and they have my money. It took a total of 12 contact attempts just to deal with this nightmare, and I am still empty-handed. Avoid this company at all costs.

I was on day 15 of asking if elastic is bad on their competitors products, how is elastic great and the best on their product when it soley relies on elastic to work. This was on Facebook on on of their adds where they say a veterans standards are brutal for judging a wallet. I just held them to the same standards they hold others to. They ended up blocking me and never answered my questions. Ive emailed multiple times on their website and Facebook messenger. They told me to buy the wallet and try it myself. I personally would never trust any of my personal belongings to the "trustworthy" elastic band. Many videos online show the it wears out quickly and doesn't last. Made in China garbage.

In the TV commercial for this wallet, the "pitchman" describes the "two guys" who built it people he would go to hell and back for. He ends the commercial by saying "If you knew the guys who built this wallet, you wouldn't carry anything else". First of all, why aren't THEY doing the commercial? We never learn the names of these amazing "two guys", nor do we even learn the name of the "pitchman". If I can't go to a store and examine this product, I would never buy it sight unseen online.

The commercial claims that this is the best wallet actually Ball and Buck is, (Google it), it claimed to be the "best wallet in all its series" also the claim from the commercial that "this is a wallet that does everything", it only holds credit cards.! That's it no receipts no pictures no coupons or anything else just credit cards it's junk and it's not worth $130!!! Also they said they would replace it if you lost stolen or broke I'll tell you what, you've already paid for times the amount of the wallet so yeah no problem , replace it!!! ASKED FOR A REFUND.. NO!.. $130 DOWN THE DRAIN!!!

I personally think that you should get yourself a new guy to do your commercial. This man has a very somber voice and wears his hat backwards.!!!! Very unattractive. To the eye, if he want to up your cells, put a really nice looking man or woman for that matter in there!!! For rel
