Very nice wallet for a minimalist which I am not

Incredibly over priced and over hyped. I really wanted to love this wallet. It looks really cool and is a decent start to a good concept. It is also very compact. But...It is a glorified money clip that destroys your cards and may lose your cash. It is much more cumbersome than my old wallet, that I have gone back to using. I think it is a good concept, but needs some refinement. I'm not sure how you keep cards from extreme wear and tear from being tightly sandwiched together and sliding against each other all day. (I'm only carrying 3 cards and two id cards). The cash strap needs something to secure cash on one end. This wallet would be ok at about $40. At ~ $125 out the door after a promotional discount, this was definitely a bad purchase on my part. The best wallet I've ever had, and am still using for over 14 years, still retails for about $20, is leather, metal, has a strong metal, leather wrapped strong magnetic clip, and carries an RFID card. It is also thinner than the Proof wallet. $145 retail is absolutely not worth it for the Proof.

I purchased my Proof wallet quite some time ago and have loved it. I recently noticed that one of the set screws had loosened and fallen out and contacted Proof. They responded quickly and are sending me replacement screws and a tool to tighten them. Great product backed by great service. I highly recommend them!

Customer service is 100 times above GREAT. Proof states that these wallets have a lifetime warranty, and they did not mislead. They are repairing my wallet with what is needed. Thank you for making the world's best wallet and most of all, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO THIS GREAT NATION

The Proof wallet is very well made and of robust quality. The customer service team is of equal quality. Responded to my inquiry very quickly and offered an immediate solution. I lost my Proof wallet and inquired about a replacement which was offered no questions asked. Fortunately, I retraced my steps and found it! No need for a replacement at this time.
