I was on day 15 of asking if elastic is bad on their competitors products, how is elastic great and the best on their product when it soley relies on elastic to work. This was on Facebook on on of their adds where they say a veterans standards are brutal for judging a wallet. I just held them to the same standards they hold others to. They ended up blocking me and never answered my questions. Ive emailed multiple times on their website and Facebook messenger. They told me to buy the wallet and try it myself. I personally would never trust any of my personal belongings to the "trustworthy" elastic band. Many videos online show the it wears out quickly and doesn't last. Made in China garbage.

In the TV commercial for this wallet, the "pitchman" describes the "two guys" who built it people he would go to hell and back for. He ends the commercial by saying "If you knew the guys who built this wallet, you wouldn't carry anything else". First of all, why aren't THEY doing the commercial? We never learn the names of these amazing "two guys", nor do we even learn the name of the "pitchman". If I can't go to a store and examine this product, I would never buy it sight unseen online.

The commercial claims that this is the best wallet actually Ball and Buck is, (Google it), it claimed to be the "best wallet in all its series" also the claim from the commercial that "this is a wallet that does everything", it only holds credit cards.! That's it no receipts no pictures no coupons or anything else just credit cards it's junk and it's not worth $130!!! Also they said they would replace it if you lost stolen or broke I'll tell you what, you've already paid for times the amount of the wallet so yeah no problem , replace it!!! ASKED FOR A REFUND.. NO!.. $130 DOWN THE DRAIN!!!

Outstanding Product, Exceptional Service, and Truly Genuine People What can I say about this company? I am absolutely overjoyed—not only with the quality of the product, but also with the incredible customer service and genuine family values behind the company. The way they treat their customers is truly a breath of fresh air. I am extremely happy with my wallet, but what impressed me even more was the personal touch I received from the team. I had previously reached out and shared a little about my background and my life story. To my complete surprise, I recently received an unexpected gift in the mail along with a personal postcard thanking me for sharing my story with them. I especially want to thank Chloe for taking the time to write such a thoughtful message and for going out of her way to send such an amazing gift. That kind of kindness and genuine appreciation for a customer is something you simply don't see very often anymore. It's one thing to make a great product, but it's another thing entirely to have great people standing behind that product. This company has both. If you're looking for a great wallet, excellent quality, outstanding customer service, and a company that genuinely values the people who support them, I highly recommend Proof Wallets. Thank you again, Chloe and the entire Proof Wallets team. You have earned a very happy and loyal customer!

Purchased "Foundation" for $100 after $25 discount. Good design, quality materials, good execution. Reasonable price $50. As a Veteran, I dislike "Veteran Owned" marketing. Overpriced, overhyped. I have now used it for six weeks. Retrieving and replacing cards with this wallet is cumbersome and inconvenient. Downgraded to 2, based on flawed design.

Beautiful product, but the customer service experience was surprisingly poor. I emailed PROOF after receiving my wallet because the company co-founder had sent an email inviting customers to reply with questions or feedback. I responded saying the wallet was beautiful and that I liked it, but mentioned one feature I preferred on my previous Ekster: its mechanism fanned the cards out instead of presenting them as a single block. I never asked to return the wallet and never said I was unhappy with it. I was simply offering product feedback. Customer service (Carla) responded by giving me return instructions. When I clarified that I wasn’t asking for a return and was just passing along some product feedback, another representative (Jess) doubled down, telling me "You are not happy with the wallet which is exactly why Carla offered a return. Generally, folks who reach out about not being happy with the wallet are wanting to return it for a refund." That was exactly the problem. Rather than reading what I had actually written, they categorized me as a dissatisfied customer and responded accordingly. A simple “Thanks for the suggestion, we’ll pass it along” would have been much more appropriate. The wallet itself is attractive and well made. I kinda wished it fanned the cards out when you pulled the tab, but that's my only quibble with the product. The customer service response, however, came across as defensive and condescending.

I personally think that you should get yourself a new guy to do your commercial. This man has a very somber voice and wears his hat backwards.!!!! Very unattractive. To the eye, if he want to up your cells, put a really nice looking man or woman for that matter in there!!! For rel

I pay attention to anything a veteran invents or promotes, I bought this and I love it... I thought the cover was metal but it wasn't, it is plastic, but I love it anyway... I had them put my initials and phone number on the cover and it came out really nice... The pull tab is super creative, all you all you carry is credit cards and your license, health cards plus the cash strap is really inventive... I bought the apple locate insert which will help me find my wallet if I lose it, really cool... You can carry this wallet in your front pocket instead of your back which screws up you back... I bought it, I love it, and that is was created by people who love and served our country, wow, congrats and thank you for your service!!!
