Carpet Tile DepotReviews of carpettiledepot.com

I paid for an 18" X 18" tile and received a 6"X 6" tile.

Great purchase came right on time and it’s already put down and looks amazing

prompt service and easy to work with.

The carpet tiles that we ordered were not in stock, but we were able to pick a similar pattern, which arrived quickly.

Carpeting/flooring is very important. It is usually is in your house/office for a long time. You sent me 6"x 6" samples. I think that a sample in a bigger size would be much more appropriate to be able to decide what flooring to put down.

The ordering was easy. The pricing of the product was good. You got the product right. The delivery was pretty prompt. The only negative at this point, the delivery charge was a whopper!

Good service and delivery

I ordered and paid for 4 samples and only received three. I contacted you after receiving the 3 and inquired on the 4th. you said it was accidentally sent overnight mail with a COD and that you would resend the sample for me. One week later I contacted you because I still hadn't rep'd and I'm still unclear what the problem was but was told another sample would be sent...still haven't received my sample.
