Carpet Tile DepotReviews of carpettiledepot.com

Excellent service and shipping

Great price, fast service

The delivery was unclear. The first place I went to was a house, went home, it wasn’t there. Finally found out where it was. At my house. Opened the box and it wasn’t what I expected. Home Depot had a 1/4 inch thick for the same price. Reason I didn’t get it there was because they couldn’t get the amount of sq. Ft. I needed. I got paper thin from you. Never again will I buy from you. Very disappointed Charlyene Cisneros

User friendly website, quick shipping on the carpet sample we ordered.

Thank you so much for the quick service on receiving our Carpet Tile sample. It came much quicker than we anticipated. Excellent customer service!

Zero communication!!! I called last Thursday/July 2nd and was told I would have a tracking number by end of day. And still heard nothing!!

It was a easy, happy experience from the start to the finish. From ordering the product, shipping and having it delivered. A+ !!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a box of carpet tiles and it in no way indicted that these were otherwise damaged or cast offs from the factory line but that's exactly what I received. Most of the box had either the backing partially ripped off, carpet tile was torn, or contained a cosmetic defect in the tile. Terrible experience, if I could get my money back I would. Never, ever purchase from Carpet Tile Depot.
