Chris ~ I am so very sorry to hear about your experience with our company. Henry Scott, our owner, started this company over 40 years ago and built it to where it is based on his reputation for quality installation and superior customer service. It seems that your installation was being handled during a time when we had several key people on vacation, which is not an excuse, but it does explain how things slipped through the cracks. It also tells me that we need to look at our vacation policy as well as who will handle critical items during our key people's vacation times. I do thank you for your feedback because without it, we would not know issues we are having. I also want to thank you for your business over the past 29 years and I hope that you will not let this one be the reason that you choose to go elsewhere. We do try very hard to be great at what we do and the type of experience that you were given is not what you deserve nor what we approve of. I hope you do enjoy your new floor and thank you again for your feedback. Teresa Ridge Sales & Marketing Director
