Carpet One Floor and Home of Billings was founded in 1982, for the last 34 years we have been family owned and operated. We take pride in doing our job well. We are home to the Beautiful Guarantee and the installation guarantee. We are the only company in Montana that sends 100% of used carpet cushion and cushion scraps to recycling. We are home to the "Healthier Living" installation. It is our mission to create healthier living spaces for our customers. Thanks you for honoring us with your business.

Carpet Was not what they said it would …
Carpet Was not what they said it would be. Also, They charged me for work they didn't do. When I went back to get my money back they charged me with carpet Pad I told them not to install. Now the seams in my carpet are plainly visible they just say that it is just the way it goes. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Don't buy anything from Carpet One
Don't buy anything from Carpet One! I've made the same mistake for the third and last time. They screw every order up and, don't stand behind their products and services and never follow-up. The owners are the culprits and set the culture. They can't even keep good help.
