I dealt with 3 different people on a kitchen/dining room floor installation. The left hand didn’t seem to know what the right hand was doing. Luckily the installer (Karim and his brother Jose) made up for the lack of professionalism in the ordering department. They did excellent work in a timely manner, were very polite, and a joy to do business with. They work for the company as opposed to being subcontractors..

I want to thank Carpet One for their cooperation and installation of my new carpets. They look great. My only complaint is that where the tack boards are beneath the carpet, when you step on that area, you pick your feet. This is not a problem near the walls, but near the closet where you often stand in your bare feet to pick out clothes, or near the edges where you move from one room to another. Joanne Seeds

Your installer did great but the driver who delivered the flooring hit my mailbox and his company has not paid for the repairs that were thoughtfully made by your installer.

We enjoyed the in-store experience. Liz was friendly and helpful. We were happy to have her come to our house to measure, also. The only trouble we had was being told it would take three days, then suddenly, when the installers arrived, it all had to be done in one day. It ended up working out because my husband could get home to move furniture, and I am glad it is done. It looks nice.
