Top notch company. Although we did not do business with Carpet One, they provided us an estimate and would have been very pleased to have used them for our hard wood flooring needs. Everything was very professional and from the initial contact all the way to the point we informed them we were going with someone else. Will definitely give them future opportunities to earn our business.

We are very, very happy with both the process of choosing the right carpet and padding, as well as with the installation of it, last week. We highly recommend Carpet One, as well as Bivianos Carpet, specifically Joe Holecko, our sales consultant.... They have been great to work with, and we highly recommend them. Thank you very much.....

Our carpet is outstanding. However, the customer service was even more outstanding. Mr. Emerson worked with us to explorer all our flooring option. He was most interested in making certain we were happy with our selection. I would definitely return!
