Carpet One Floor and HomeReviews of carpetone.com

Jerry and I recently bought some flooring for our kitchen and master bedroom and we were very happy with the outcome. The guy that did the work was awesome. Our new floors looks beautiful. Thank you Carpet One!!

We couldn't have improved our experience with our local Carpet One store. New to the area and facing a new build project, we stopped at Carpet One because they were open on Saturday. What a lucky move that was! Ben Palter has become a friend and trusted ally. He had local connections that allowed us to find a hardwood craftsperson and other local gems. His humor, knowledge of the products he sells, and wholehearted advocacy for our vision and our needs made him one of our Port Townsend family. He has called us with important information, shared wisdom about choices of tile we were considering and helped us design, plan, and execute a wonderful look for our new house. Unqualified recommendation from us.

I decided to leave my review on this site because the previous reviewers were less than complimentary and I wanted to try to balance that out a bit. Our experience was top-notch from the time we walked into their showroom until after our carpet was installed. They did not try to push any particular carpet or pad on us and just listened to our needs. An appointment for install was made and the installers showed up right on time. They did a bang-up job installing the carpet and worked fast. They removed the old carpeting and pad and really cleaned up everywhere they worked. I had some questions afterwards and got very speedy answers to my questions from Carpet One, both via e-mail and phone.

I was debating if I should do replacement of hardwood floors, or sandling, and buff shine. The salesman suggested that I sand and buff shine my floor. The team arrived at 9:00am promplty and was very professional and attentive to my floor needs. I am 100% satisfied and plan to do future work with Carpet One. I worked with Kera Parker on two different orders/installations. I replaced the carpet in most of my house and all of my mother's house. Completely professional from start to finish. I highly recommend staying local and using Carpet One if living in the GreenValley/Sahuarita AZ area.

Well, after I called Carpet one about no installers coming. They had someone at my house on Monday-the installers were professional and courteous and did the job very well. I am happy with the job they did. so I went from very upset with the first installer (lack of) to quite happy with who came to do the job. Redding Ca 5050 Westside road.

I have never done a google review before. I am motivated to do so today! We had new flooring installed yesterday and are just so completely satisfied. It was really refreshing to work with this group of people! Janelle patiently kept following up with us on different things and made many timely phone calls to us and on our behalf. The installers yesterday were terrific! They very kindly answered last minute questions, stopping what they were doing to really listen and respond. They were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional. Everything looks great!! I would definitely recommend Carpet One of Rochester!

Happy with everything Carpet has done for me
