Purchasing the part needed for my 2002 Dodge was painless. I received it ahead of schedule and had it installed right after receiving it. The price was great, even with the shipping of it to Hawaii. Most of the time the charge exceeds the price of the part or it cannot be shipped to Hawaii. I am glad that was not the case this time. Will probably do business again. Mahalo for having the right part.

My friends don't lie to me. Cost stated was not the final cost. The web site "Terms" indicated that the "Grand Total" was the displayed before you are asked for your payment information. Sales rep indicated I would get the part on a Friday, the part didn't arrive until Monday, lost the car for the weekend. Spoke with a supervisor, <private data removed>, who said that he would refer the matter to his boss, 04/26/13. I haven't heard from them since. I won't be using Carparts king again.

I purchased a catalytic converter and the associated gaskets from the website. When the part was fitted at the garage, it did not fit onto the car and was the incorrect part. The part and gaskets were returned for a refund. I did not purchase the correct part from Car Part Kings website and told the mechanic to order the correct part, which he did, which cost more money than was intended to spend, unfortunately. I did not pay for the repair, thankfully, my ex-step father paid for it, because I have been suffering massive hardship. It would have been helpful to have a VIN search functionality on the website to order the correct part. I was never contacted about the refund and there was a delay in receiving a full refund for the parts. I don't like the policy of not returning money for shipping.

My parts took a week to get to my home and that's just not acceptable. I can order parts from Ohio and get them in 2 days. Not coming back!
