Everything satisfied for oil change service except the much time they take for it!

I ordered an item on 9/23/2018 and haven't heard a word about its status since other than they took my money. After many emails to them and phone calls I finally located a tracking label was created but still no human contact, my item showed up by USPS on Saturday. Be cautious. Very poor customer service.

It took longer (week) to receive my part than I was initially told. Overall satisfied

I bought the 2. time these items. And they are OK. I paid for shipping by FedEx, but the items were shipped by USPS again. No invoice outside the parcel, so I had to pick up and pay for the parcel at the german customs.

Even though I received parts that would not fit, they provided the information so I could return them promptly for refund. On the flip side, I used the part compatibility chart and even sent an email to them confirming my vehicle year and type with a phone number if they had questions and I still got parts that would not fit. Maybe a little attention to customer needs is in order.

Increasing the amount of product, and try to decrease the value of transportation.

Website seemed to freeze after my Paypal payment went through, wasn't presented with an Order #, but phoned customer service who were very helpful in confirming the order did get generated on their end, prompt with getting me the order details re-sent as it didn't arrive in my email the 1st time around, and were able to give me specifc details as to where my parts were being shipped from so that I would know when to expect it at a reasonable time rather than overpromising that it would arrive sooner than it would. Package arrived exactly as expected, items were authentic as advertised and packed in a sufficient manner.

Good service and communication. Disappointed in postage charges ordered two items and charged seperate postage for both and these items shipped together in the same box. One lot of postage would of covered these items. Emailed company asking for items to be shipped together with reduced postage charge got them shipped together but no reduction in charges. Poor effort in this area
