Somewhat deceptive and poor quality control
Advertised "Free Shipping" but as you finalize the order you realize there are strict limits, and you guessed it, you have to pay. I ordered a $250 dollar radiator, it was packaged in a thin cardboard box, that was barely sealed. It was apparent that the box had come open in shipping, and the radiator had been severely damaged. This begins the nightmare; it has been two weeks since I ordered the part, still no satisfaction. I will not use Part kings again, as they treat their subjects as third world peasants.

CPK is always there to help
I was having problems with shipping issues from Oregon to West Virginia which was my fault. CPK was there to go that extra mile to help get the shipping straightened out for me. If anyone reads this review, I would recomend "CPK" Car Part Kings With a 5-star rating. Thank You! CPK

Fast service with awesome quality!
I received a power steering unit for my Jeep in record time! I installed it the following day without a hitch. The unit works smooth along with tight steering. This was a perfect repair!

Polite, knowledgeable about there parts, and shipping was done expediently.
I first contacted them to inquire about a steering rack they had listed on Ebay. I was trying to find out was there a core charge listed on the item or not. Not only did they answer my question, they changed the add so no one else would have the same question as I. After I made my purchase, I almost immediately received an E-mail with confirmation of my order followed shortly after that with a follow up E-mail with the shipping and tracking info. I was so impressed with my purchase, I now have carpartkings.com saved so I can just order straight from them for all my car part needs.

Website wouldn't work
Had to order part through eBay at extra cost because the Car Part Kings website did not let me complete checkout. I tried 3 different computers in different locations but could not enter my credit card details and after one week still had a problem. The help team couldn't fix the problem either and stopped communicating after a few days and before the problem was resolved.

Very good customer service, parts arrived as advertised!
Spoke with a customer service rep. Parts were exactly what I ordered and the price couldn't be beat. Parts were shipped promptly and arrived on time. Will definitely use again.
