Customer service isn't always about great customer service. Yesterday right after a devastating dr appointment I went there with my husband. Two managers Irene n Judith new something was wrong n both were there for me in a short time . Like I Said it's not always about a hot burger. Sometimes the simplest things leave the most permanent marks on someone's heart

Det er absolut det mest forfærdelige jeg har oplevet. En gang lunkne og slatne pomfritter med et eller andet ukendeligt der skulle være chili cheese fries og en så kaldt guacamole chicken burger bestående at en slatten bolle med en totalt mishandlet stykke kylling i. Begge dele så salt at det var uspiseligt. Der er absolut intet sammenhold imellem det de viser på billederne og det man rent faktisk får. Jeg har været der for eneste og sidste gang. Uegnet til menneskeføde.

If I could give a 0 I would. We went to the Carls Junior in terminal 3 Harry Reid airport before we caught our flight home to the UK. Was served by Danielle who before served me was speaking to other employees appalling not sure if she was a manager but retraining is definitely required if so. Danielle was very rude to me when she served me I hadn’t finished ordering and she cut me off twice by interrupting me to the point I had to tell her to stop being so rude to me and to let me finish my order- a work colleague next to Danielle had to tell her to relax and that I hadn’t finished my order. Danielle was very rude and abrasive when I mentioned about her behaviour and I had to ask her to let me finish talking - myself and my partner were disgusted by her behaviour and when I was waiting for my food she was saying to her colleagues ‘I’m not rude I’m just abrasive and not everyone can take that’ I’m sorry but if that is the kind of person you want serving customers then you need to rethink because the way I was spoken to was absolutely disgusting and was the only bad experience about my whole trip to vegas. I will give a special mention to the other lady who’s name I didn’t have for apologising on Danielle’s behalf for that behaviour but again it shouldn’t have happened and customers should not be spoken to like that. Never again.

I had ordered a Dr Pepper with my meal at the Carl's Jr location in Big Bear Lake, CA. When I tasted my drink I discovered that they gave me a diet Dr Pepper. Not a big deal, but I asked them to replace it with the correct drink. The employee at first argued with me that it was the correct soda. Then argued that "that's just how it tastes" as if I've never drank a Dr Pepper before in my lifetime. He stormed away and gave me a sample to supposedly prove it, but this time he actually gave me the correct one. This seemed to annoy him more and he ultimately replaced the diet with the regular Dr Pepper, but he didn't feel the need to apologize for the mistake or his behavior. It's completely inappropriate behavior so I felt the need to contact Carl's Jr about it. I learned that even though I found a customer service phone number online, that they apparently don't staff that phone at all and require all complaints to their website. The response I received from the website was an unapologetic copy and paste response that claimed that someone would contact me. It's been a month as of today and not one attempt has been made to contact me. Clearly Carl's Jr is okay with poor customer service on both the store and corporate levels.

No me han gustado las hamburguesas me han sentado mal yo había pedido sin cebolla y me llegó con cebolla y mi pareja pidió con extra de carne y no le pusieron nada tuvimos que esperar más rato a que las cambiaran los peores 30 euros invertidos la carne estaba sosa

Realicé un pedido para llevar de 4 hamburguesas, me traen sólo dos y después es imposible contactar con ellos para que resuelvan el error porque no te cogen el teléfono (después de 30 o 40 llamadas desistimos). Nos quedamos sin dinero y sin hamburguesas y lo peor es de todo es que no puedes ni quejarte porque no te cogen el teléfono. No pidáis a domicilio, si hay un error con el pedido no hay manera de contactar con ellos y que lo corrijan. Ocurrió en Carl´s JR de Leganés. No pidáis allí.

Una auténtica mentira. Pena que no tenga uno más coraje de levantarse y presentarse en el mostrador pidiendo explicaciones. Ves la foto de la hamburguesa y la hamburguesa y es para echarse a llorar. Y si por lo menos estuviera buena, pero el sabor se lo tuvo que dar el ketchup. Todos los que fuimos vivimos la misma experiencia. La atención lamentable (Palmones), la elaboración de la comida aún peor. Llevan dos semanas abierto, a este paso no duran más allá del verano.
