I ordered a humming bird necklace with earrings the beginning of November and still haven't received my order. After returning one email response they went ghost. I have never experienced anything like this before. I don't see how this company can keep getting away with this. Very disappointed with this woman and her company. Just wanted to update my review. After posting my 1st review Carlas jewelry sent me an email apologizing for what happened and gave me the choice of them resending the necklace and earrings at no cost to me or a full refund and that she would personally take care of it and I chose for her to resend the items and to please let me know when it was sent out and about how long it would take for me to get them well its now December 19th and guess what absolutely nothing no reply not even after a second attempt to reach out to them. I don't know what's going on or anything. Don't order from them they stole my money and are now playing games with me totally unprofessional. I will update again if I hear back from them or ever receive my package

I ordered 13 sets of the Hummingbird necklace's along with the earrings on behalf of my wife loving Hummingbirds and unfortunately she passed away this past March. I bought them for Christmas and birthday gifts for family and friends in her memory.

I purchased the Hug Pendant Necklace that looked awesome online. There were no measurements given and when received, the owner/dog pendant is so tiny that you need a magnifying glass to see it. I tried to return it using the return policy on the website but never received a reply after 3 emails to the co. I finally had to dispute it with my credit card company.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I purchased three of the hummingbird necklaces, and they came with a bonus of three sets of hummingbird earrings. I chose these for my daughters. You see we recently lost my mother, who was very fond of hummingbirds and I thought this would be a great way to keep her memory alive for my daughters. The items that I purchased, based on the website were not at all like what I received. On the website, they look like they were hand crafted, similar to a stained glass window with the leaded filament holding the glass pieces together. What I received looked like the "Shrinky-dinks" that my daughters used to make by melting the plastic pieces in the oven when they were five. It looked like (it is) a molded piece of clear plastic. Yes, it is a piece of plastic that is a hummingbird, and that is where the similarity ends. I reached out to "Carla" and asked how I might return these because they are not at all like how they are represented on the website. On the website they look like a bespoke piece of jewelry, and I received a cheap piece of plastic with a hook molded into it. Further I was disappointed because the photos give the appearance of a handmade product, and this is none of that. The price I paid could was the appropriate price for a handmade product. I was hesitant to make the order in the first place, because the pieces were rather expensive, but I finally did because the website says, "Easy returns, no questions asked". After two weeks of waiting I heard back from "Carla". She said she could not accept a return because she wants to close her store. I told her the website says, "Easy returns no questions asked". She said it did say that but she would not accept my return. Instead she could offer me 20% off another purchase. I was very upset as I tried to get my daughters something to remember their grandmother with and all I got was this bag of cheap molded plastic. In addition I ordered these items in early October and did not receive them till just before Thanksgiving. The shipping updates indicated that the pieces had to go through customs (i.e. probably made in China). While waiting for "Carla" to first respond, I found the same pieces of plastic on several other websites. Not similar looking, I found these same pieces, with some of the exact same pictures. So clearly these are not handmade. I went back to Carla's web page, nowhere does it say the word "Handmade", but it uses that kind of language and it does show a picture of some tools that a jewler would use. This is VERY MISLEADING! After.several more attempts to reach "Carla", I did not hear back from her. So I am stuck with this collection of very cheap molded plastic garbage that I would not give to anyone. She said she is closing the store. It is my feeling that these "Stores" come and go and all seem to have these long, drawn-out "Going out of business" sales, and when they are done they take that same merchandise and sell it as new on another website. Soon that website will have the same sale. I am disappointed with the quality of the product. What I received is nothing like what is pictured. It says, "No questions asked" returns. That was not truthful. It indicates a hand-made, sort of bespoke type of product, it IS a cheap product that had to be imported, because it was molded in a factory. Please do not waste your money on this garbage! Do not make the same mistake I did.

Ordered from my phone. The items displayed were just what I was looking for. Gifts for a special woman. Easy to track my items thru delivery. I was totally satisfied with my purchase!

These earrings came from overseas not from the grandma in the picture they show that is retiring! Lies! These earrings are not 925 sterling silver! What a scam! Cheap! I want my money back!

I ordered the hummingbird necklace. The necklace is very pretty with bright colors. The quality is excellent. The delivery was quick. I’m very happy with my purchase.
