DAMAGED NECKLACE .. hummingbird beak, broken on necklaceReceived package earlier than shipping…
Received package earlier than shipping date projection. I believe the package needs more padding on it. Shipping envelope. It is still in Christmas wrapping paper that I put it in awaiting for the recipient to open. It. Will keep you posted on condition inside. There were some scars on the outside of the manila envelope shipping package not sure if interior is damaged.

The necklace is nice
The necklace is nice, but shipping time took a bit longer than expected. Also, the charm was no attached as well as I would have expected, but it was a simple fix. Overall, a real good experience.

The jewelry came timely, and the quality is nice. The pendant on one of the necklaces is a little big, but I should have double checked the size before ordering.

Prompt Respinse
My order was delayed because of high demand, but customer service responded quickly to my inquiry. Earrings and necklace were delivered a couple days later. My wife likes that she can adjust the length of her necklace.

Quality special pieces
This company popped up in my feed and I thought the acrylic hummingbird necklace and earrings I bought were pretty for the gift being offered and had uniqueness to the items. The process was easy to order and had no issues.
