Carla JewelryReviews of carla-jewelry.com

Great product as advertised, fast free shipping, the whole transaction went very smoothly unlike many Instagram Ad companies. We were very happy with the purchase.

I ordered a cat ring but gave it away as a gift. I am wearing the heart with a paw necklace. I like the jewelry very much and hope to buy another item soon. I was hoping that I would receive my merchandise earlier because I believe that it took a couple of weeks to receive it. My anticipation of receiving the ring and necklace was not only curiosity on what they looked like but being impatient.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! QUALITY SUCKS!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Purchased a dog ring in what was SUPPOSED to be Sterling Silver. Within less hat 2 weeks, it started to tarnish! I contacted the company and they eventually responded asking for pictures, which I sent several times. They continued to ask questions and I responded but they NEVER refunded my money as requested and as offered in their "Money Back Guarantee"! ***UPDATE!!! I have responded to you at least a half dozen times! I have given you ALL the information at least a half dozen times! I have sent you pictures showing the tarnish at least a half dozen times! I have requested my refund at least a half dozen times! All to no avail! I don’t know WHAT ELSE you could possibly want!!! All I want is my refund…the refund you guarantee to provide if your customer is not satisfied with your product. Well guess what! I am FAR FROM SATISFIED! The ring is NOT Sterling Silver as you state in the ad. I paid for a Sterling Silver ring and Sterling Silver does not tarnish, especially within a week or so! Refund my money and send me a postage paid self-addressed envelope and I will be more that happy to return your piece of junk ring to you! ****YET ANOTHER UPDATE!!!!! Do you NOT read any of my emails and complaints?? I have contacted and written NUMEROUS emails to your "Customer Service" unit and I get the same "apology" back just as I am getting here! I don't want an apology! I want my money back!!! The ring I bought from your company is JUNK! It is NOT Sterling Silver and it TARNISHED immediately. I guess my next step is the Better Business Bureau and I will just continue telling everyone online as I see advertisements, about how awful your customer service is and that you do not stand behind your offer of a refund if not satisfied! Or I will call local news stations so as to really get the word out about your company! You are NOT a reputable company at all! And please, do NOT send me back your same BS message that you have already sent me a few times here as well as numerous times to my email. All I want is my money back. It means something to me but really shouldn't mean all that much to you if you are a REAL company! *****WOW! YET AGAIN, I GET THE SAME EXACT RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Can’t you do anything besides cut and paste? Like MAYBE, actually have someone RESPOND????

Back in early December I ordered a specific ring and the incorrect one was sent. I notified the company and they told me I was wrong despite sending pictures of the ring I was sent and the ring I ordered. I left my first review on here. They reached out and apologized and agreed to send the correct ring. NOTHING was sent. I filled out a second review and again the company apologized and agreed to send the correct ring. NOTHING was sent. This company is a scam and should be investigated. Standard response…I have sent the order number three times

I trust Carla because of all of the updates and the security of the order process. Thanks, you guys Rock...!!

Carla’s jewelry is the best gifts we have given in a very long time. The recipients were very enthusiastic about the gifts we passed to them. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and price we paid for these beautiful jewelry pieces!

The jewelry was nice but not as high quality as advertised. There is no Carla that is retiring. She is AI generated. Scam used to get people to buy from them. So I would not buy from this site again

When my hummingbird necklace arrived with a broken tail section that must have occurred during shipping, Carla replaced the necklace and sent me an entire complete set with hummingbird necklace and earrings. Truly a world-class boutique.
