Genuine, caring help in deciding how best to care for our dad. We were at a loss as to what living options would be best for our elderly dad's physical needs. Emily was amazing in explaining the differences in assisted living versus care centers. She quickly set up tours for us and within a week and half we had our dad moved in. I stumbled upon CarePatrol in a Google search and decided to call them to see what they offered. Tammy Brewer took my call and after talking to her for a short few minutes, I could tell she was going to really help me and not be "That salesperson" that you don't want. Tammy bent over backward and helped me find a place for mom. She never got tired of my meandering and back and forth the whole time. She was so patient and so frikin helpful that I had to write this review to tell you how wonderful she was for me!
