So far just the interactions with Shane have been great. Nothing has come of the suggestions yet, no decision made, but it is a work in progress. I am choosing to trust her as given her name from social worker at local SNF.

They provided excellent information on the different facilities, very timely responses to all of our questions and made themselves available based on our schedules. Very satisfied with every aspect of the service provided

CarePatrol did a fantastic job of helping our family find the best place for our 86-year-old family member who has dementia. They took us on tours of a number of places that met our needs as far as budget and location, and we found the perfect place within a relatively short amount of time. We are very grateful to CarePatrol and highly recommend them.

Using Care Patrol was such a big help for us! We had no idea where to start and how to proceed and Rhonda came alongside us and helped steer us to the right place for our friend. A very important piece that we wouldn't have been aware of is the potential for VA benefits. Rhonda mentioned this and we will be able to apply when the time comes -- very helpful!
