I had a very good experience with CarePatrol. On very short notice, they worked with me to find the right memory care home for my mom. They found openings and provided me information on the ones I was interested in. They quickly showed me 2 places and then another 3 the following day. Very supportive and wanted to find the right fit for us. Excellent customer service! Very responsive to my communication! After my mom moved in, they delivered a gift for my mom and then later followed up to see how she was doing. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

It was so helpful to have the quick response from Michael at Care Patrol when I had questions. Care Patrol knew where the openings were which allowed us to find care for mom quickly when needed.
