I am the health care surrogate for my Uncle and when he had been in a rehabilitation I was told he would more than likely need to go to assisted living when he was released. My Uncle was strongly resisting going to assisted living for the extra care that was needed. When I called Rob from Care Patrol he completely understood and sent me the options in the area to look over so I had an idea of where he would end up. When it was time for my Uncle to leave rehabilitation and we were driving to his home, I knew he could not be alone and made an emergency call to Rob at Care Patrol and in less than an hour he found us a great place right in our neighborhood. This is a fabulous service and when I spoke to relatives out of state they also new of this service and said the same thing, Great Job Rob!!

Social communities very well and give you direction as to the best place for your loved one. They scheduled tours quickly and were there to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend them. There is so much to finding the right place and they take that worry away for you.

I contacted Jim Everson of Care Patrol based on a recommendation. He let me explain the situation about my mother who has dementia and needed to move from an assisted living facility to a memory care unit. He set up 3 appointments for me and my sister (sister via Zoom) based on the info from our conversation. Proximity to my home was important and he provided us with wonderful facilities to choose from. The one we chose has provided our mom with good care, kindness, good staff and more. She has been there two months now and seems to be acclimating very well. She seems happy which is the most important thing to our family. Jim took the time to find the facility that best suited Mom. We chose it. Jim found it.

Rob was extremely helpful and gave us wonderful information to help us make a great decision for my sister’s new facility and care. He was very instrumental in getting her to the new facility and getting her settled in. He is truly a patient and family advocate
