Care Patrol provided us with the most wonderful and helpful person to assist us in our search for a memory care facility for our mother. She was able to set up tours and provide much needed assistance with our search. We could not have done this without the help of Emily. She was incredible! We highly recommend their services.

Julie was very courteous, prompt and followed up well. Since I had done a lot of preliminary research, her job may have been easier, or perhaps not, but she helped a lot in the initial visits to senior living facilities. I felt that she pushed one, Arivella, a little too much,but it was not a good fit for my mom. Thank you so much to her and her colleagues for making this process easier. Mom is getting settled in her new home, although it will take awhile to truly feel “ at home”.

Highly recommend, they were able to help secure overnight care for my mother after a bad fall and broken back. And on a holiday weekend also! Amazing, will absolutely recommend.

We worked with Brad Roland when we were searching for an assisted living facility for my Mom and Dad. Brad was fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional and was always available to answer our questions, set up and attend visits, and help with the final steps when we were deciding on a facility. He is honest and straightforward and had a good relationship with all the facilities. I cannot recommend Brad enough. He was a godsend for our family along this journey!
