Lisa was outstanding to work with. The only thing I would have wanted differently is to actually talk to the facilities who were making their choices. The patient has a very extensive medical history and looks terrible on paper but not as bad in person. With the Covid stuff going on, the facilities were not able to do an onsite evaluation to see this. They used some of her medical history to decline her instead of how she actually was.

There was not a lot of time to research the information needed to find a place for mom in the time I had. I was shown three different locations and the decision was difficult as they all had the services mom was looking for. I'm very happy with the location she chose.

Karla Middlecamp was extremely helpful in guiding us to find a place where our mom could get the care she needed. Karla was also very pleasant to interact with, and that is especially helpful when one is negotiating a new and emotionally charged situation. Please thank Karla for my sister and I.

Tammy was very helpful in finding us a place to take my mother for the care and housing she is in need of. With the Covid going on everything was so stressful, she took care of all the phone calls and settings up transportation for my mother. I would most definitely use this service again!!

I was looking for an improvement in the food from what I received at my previous location and it occurred. Thank you. The second item was the poor management at my previous location. It is apparent that the present location is much better managed and cares about the individual.
