Michael Mithen with Care Patrol of Oakland County has helped me twice - once when I needed to find a group home for my husband & again when I needed to find a respite location for myself after surgery. Unlike a representative from a similar company, Michael really listened to what I was looking for & only recommended appropriate places, saving me time, disappointment & aggravation.

Petra was super helpful, patient and gave great advice!!! We were blessed to have her during this process.

Charles Crowley was outstanding in helping me find a memory care community on short notice. He worked tirelessly and was always available to talk to me and give me the straight information on communities in the area. In addition, Charles was also there to provide support during an very difficult time. Helping families is not a job for Charles, it is an avocation. I cant thank him enough for all his help.

I can't say enough about the help I received from Anna McMaster of CarePatrol in the Austin area. Anna was patient when I first started the process of moving my mom to Austin last year, then again when I had to move her to assisted living. Anna worked with me to be sure that we found a place where Mom would be comfortable and well-cared for, keeping track of the multiple special requests and considerations that I brought up. It's clear that Anna cares about her clients and wants them to be happy and safe. I would not hesitate to call her again if I ever need to move my mom to a different facility.
