I had to move my father to a new facility and it was a very traumatic event for him. It was possible that the new care facility was not going to work out. I contacted Anthony at the Care Patrol and he was very caring and helpful. He provided information about possible alternative facilities and was very supportive. He kept in touch and helped the family feel that we would make it through my father’s move no matter the outcome.
