CarePatrol employees worked with me in New Jersey, so that my sister could be relocated to a nearby Memory Care facility in Green Valley Arizona. It would have been impossible for me to have done so without their help.

Very helpful and attentive

Geri Burke provided us with a wonderful selection of AFLs in our area along with a great summary of pros/cons of each. She toured facilities with us and made introductions and provided us with details of which we didn't even know to ask. Thank you Geri!

I had to find an Assisted Living facility on short notice and low finances. Paula answered my call promptly and was a wealth of information, She found facilities with in our financial ability and was gracious with her time and expertise. She put me in touch with someone who could assist with getting VA benefits. She patiently took me around to see different facilities and listened to my concerns. She kept me informed when the social worker at the hospital did not inform me of changes in plans. We were able to find a facility close to the person's neighborhood. He is pleased with the facility and as happy as he can be in a place that is not his "real home."

The Care Patrol representative was understanding, helpful and always available to consult in person.

My friend is employed by Care Patrol in Baltimore and I needed assistance on Long Island. She contacted a Care Patrol colleague there and he was able to cut through a lot of red tape and find a wonderful place for my step-father-in-law. I am grateful they were there to provide such good service and I always got a call back right away.
