I wish everyone who must put his or her loved one in a care home knew about CarePatrol! Mark, the representative in my area, knew about all the care homes here and made the arrangements for me to tour each one which fit our needs and took me to each one. He was with me every step of the way. He helped to make a very difficult decision so much easier for me. He was so caring and supportive.

It was a great experience offering help at a time it was really needed.

Douglas was very helpful. He did a great job finding a home that was clean and very friendly. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Cheryl did an excellent job finding a great new home for our loved one.

Dad was in the hospital and suddenly had nowhere to go. The place he was living at would not take him back. I called Mark at Care Patrol on a Sunday and he called me back within the hour. On Monday we visited homes for him and we all liked Brookings. They said they would take him as he was and if necessary could take him through the end of life process. He passed away 6 months later and they could not have treated him any better. We are grateful to Mark for finding him such a place.

I was very pleased with the Care Patrol Representative who helped me find the perfect Assisted Living Facility for a relative. I was so impressed with the facility we chose, I may just move there myself when the time comes!
