Jane went above and beyond to help us find a great place for our mother. After a frustrating and complicated start, she was able to renew her search when crisis hit and pick up the pieces that were left hanging when my mother initially refused to move. It seemed that she waited patiently in the wings until my mother realized she needed to make the change and move and when she did, Jane jumped into action! She was the knight in shining armour, the calm voice of reason, an outstanding advocate, and a person who made things happen! It was such a benefit to have her located in my mom's city. She was able to personally meet and greet my mom and was the perfect liason between us. My mom finally has the oversight she desperately needs and we as her children can now breath a sigh of relief. Without Jane, we would be perpetually be restarting the process with each crisis.

My mother was told she could not live in her assisted living home any longer due to Dementia / Alzheimers, they sent her to the emergency room and she was stuck there. The Social Worker called CarePatrol and Mark Sylvester at CarePatrol called me to see how he could help, he found 3 memory care homes for her within 2 days and sent me brochures of the facilities and got me in contact with the owners. Once my mother was moved to a memory care home, they forgot to send her medication, Mark drove 90 minutes 1 way at 11:00pm to make sure she had her meds. He never told me, the facility did, incredibly helpful in a stressful time. I highly recommend the Northern AZ and Phoenix CarePatrol team.
