Everyone I dealt with from CarePatrol was wonderful. Most of my interactions were with Fernando. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all, seeming to understand that it wasn't an easy decision. We are very happy with the community we placed my father in.

After a week and a half of looking at Board and Care homes for my 91 year old mother... I received a call from CarePatrol informing me of a place that would probably be a good fit. And boy were they correct! Diane and Terry were like a call from Heaven that came at the best time... I'm so happy and content at the kind of care my mother is receiving... I would highly recommend this company for placing a loved one in a home you can trust.

Working with Care Patrol was extremely helpful. I worked with Sharon and she was knowledgeable, supportive, and compassionate. My calls/emails were returned in a timely way and I felt Sharon was very flexible with the time she gave to my family. CarePatrol identified facilities that would be most appropriate for my wife, arranged interviews and accompanied me on on-site visits, and followed up when goals needed to be revised. Scott, my initial contact, was very clear about the service they could provide and Jen, who actually worked with me, was extremely considerate, attentive, and personally concerned. This is an organization that works for you and in no way tries to direct or affect your choices.

From the very beginning in the hospital with my mom I was met by Mark who explained a great deal of the process. He made phone calls looking for availability and set up tours and interviews with staff at the various homes. Mark helped make a very difficult time bare able. I highly recommend Mark and his agency.
